Small group training is all about building strength, balance, core stability, and perhaps some friends along the way.
Classes range between 8-10 people and vary weekly from circuit training, super sets, barbell work, etc. No class is ever the same to keep you engaged, motivated, and on your toes.
Monday night
Monday @ 6:00pm - Circuit training, supersets, lots of variety with dumbells, kettlebells, and cable machine work. The workout is never the same and always offering something new.
Location: 250 City Centre
Thursday night
Thursday @ 6:30pm - 6-8 week lifting progressions with testing weeks + accessory work. Focus on barbell lifts like deadlifts, squats, push press, bench, heavier sled work, etc.
